Delivery, Warranty & Return Information

Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. We will not bill your credit card until your unit is actually shipped.


The Ear3 is warranted for a period on one year after date of purchase against malfunction under normal use due to defects in materials or workmanship. We will repair or, at our option, replace a defective unit with the same or comparable model.

The warranty will become null and void if the Ear3 is found to have been misused, tampered with, disassembled or exposed to damaging environmental conditions including but not limited to heat, excessive sound pressure levels (over 140dB), ingress of liquids or battery leakage.

There are no express warranties except as listed above. The warrantor shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use this product or arising out of malfunction or any breach of this warranty. All express and implied warranties including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are limited to the warranty period. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above exclusions or limitations may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.

Please include a description of the difficulty you are having with the product. You must ensure that the product is properly packaged and insured. We cannot be responsible for returned products that may be damaged or lost during shipping.
